here is mod of the actual iTunes 8.0.2.
I hate the default scrollbars in current iTunes, so I replaced them with the aqua scrollbars. I also replaced checkboxes and some other things...
This is only blue version.

Replacing:
Find your iTunes.app in the programs folder.
Right-klick on it and "show package contents".
navigate to "Contents" -> "Resources".
Paste in the new "iTunes.rsrc" here.
Please BACKUP your original iTunes.rsrc before doin that!
